Reefer hazmat team, Illinois to Los Angeles, covered overnight.

Hazmat. Reefer. Team drivers. Coast to coast. Covered overnight.

A national beverage logistics team needed a refrigerated hazmat team from Illinois to Los Angeles. The request came in Tuesday at 5:17 PM, marked hot, with the receiver opening at 6 AM Friday.

That meant two drivers, a reefer and hazmat qualification, on a few hours’ notice. We started working a team right away, and a team was covered by Wednesday morning, about 14 hours after the request.

We kept the customer updated while the shipment came together, and the truck was at the receiver before the 6 AM opening on Friday.

“Thank you!! You’re the best.”

Rescue story

Same-day expedite, covered in about an hour.

A packaging manufacturer needed a load shipped and delivered the same day. The request came in mid-morning.

We answered within about an hour with a plan, a price the customer approved and a carrier booked. The receiving warehouse was closed for the delivery window, so we arranged delivery direct to the plant and gave the driver the dock instructions.

The load was delivered the same day.

“You all are the best!”
